My name is Mary Logsdon, I have always wanted to work in education, immediately following high school I attended Jefferson Community College and recieved my Associates Degree in Early Childhood Eduction and worked in Early Childhood education for 10 years.  I then attended Morehead State University were I recieved my Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education and then continued at Morehead to complete my Masters degree in Teaching Children with Moderate and Severe disabilities and my Rank I in Teaching Children with Learning and Behavior Disorders.

I hope you will find our web pages helpful with classroom news, homework , class events,  and other important class information.  Be sure to check your homeroom teachers page for the Newsletter link it will keep you up-to-date on what we are doing each week! Be sure to check it out!

Please check out the links on the right, helpful links for Math, Spelling and Reading are located there.  Spelling city is a great way to study spelling words daily, by playing fun games using your child's weekly spelling list! The math links are great for practicing skills we have learned or need more practice on!

Make sure you check the links daily, I try to add new links as I find them, you never know when there will be a great new link added!

Days off school

If you have internet access during days off of school due to snow, water issues , spring and summer breaks, please have your child access their moby max account and/ or their adapted math account, there are links to them on this page, it is a great way to keep your child from falling behind and may even help them to move forward if they can continue to work on these skills while not in school, there are many other websites for practice also.
