The Greenup County High School class of 2023 commencement ceremony will take place Thursday, May 25, at 7:00 PM.
Leading this year's graduates will be valedictorian, Hayden Isaac Spears, and salutatorian, Ryleigh Breanne Duncan.
Hayden, the son of Ed and Chantel Spears, plans to attend the University of Kentucky and major in chemistry. During his time at GCHS, he was active in National Beta Club, FBLA, Academic Team, and Future Problem Solving.
Ryleigh, the daughter of Eric and Lorie Duncan, plans to attend Ohio University and major in nursing. Ryleigh served in leadership roles at GCHS in National Beta Club, Student Council, Rho Kappa, FBLA, HOSA, and Pep Club.
