Updated Medical Records-
Please make sure all medical documentation is up-to-date for your child, especially for those students who will be entering 6th grade.
KDMC will be on-site during our 6th Grade Jump Start, tomorrow August 15th, for immunizations, wellness physicals & sports physicals.
This documentation is requested before the first day of school.

There will be a brief Q & A, after that parents are able to leave and return at 1:30p to pick up their student. We will also have computers set up for parents to complete online registration.
