We are proud to announce that McKell Middle School is a 2024-2025 National Beta School of Merit. The school earned this recognition by offering National Beta to all eligible grades on their campus. This award is given over the summer before the beginning of the next school year.
The National Beta School of Merit award is given to honor a club’s dedication and commitment to academic excellence. To achieve this prestigious honor, a school must include members from all eligible grade levels in their Beta club. This year 5,930 Beta Clubs across the country received this award.
In a congratulatory letter to the school, Bobby Hart, CEO said “Thank you for your continued support of National Beta and commitment to developing future leaders!”

There are free fresh veggies located on the benches by our front doors. This is free to anyone in the community! First come, first serve!

School Start Time Update!

Due to safety reasons, more daylight and for our students to get just a bit more rest. Our doors will not open until 7:10a for student drop off. This is the same for busses as well, as they will not be dropping off students until 7:10a.
This has changed only by 10 minutes since last year and the update we sent earlier in the month. Sorry for any confusion!

Please also note that school starts at 7:50a & ends at 2:55p
